CC&R Updates
We are in the process of collecting feedback about proposed updates to the CC&R's. A draft has been prepared, and you can view the entire document, with the proposed changes at the following link:
We had a meeting on January 9, 2025 with the attorney so that the community could voice their concerns about proposed changes that they may have questions on or disagree with. The board is also still in the process of collecting feedback, and owners will be receiving a poll about some of the hot topics so that they can provide feedback. We appreciate feedback from the townhomes owners. Based on your feedback, the proposed CC&Rs will be amended to reflect the community’s priorities and needs.
